Yankees Royals series preview
By Max Grzymala

The Yankees come into this series riding a 5 game winning streak. They will face a struggling Royals team and get a chance to stretch their division lead!
Game 1 Saturday May 25th
first game of doubleheader
Pitcher Preview
It will be a match up between two south paws. J.A. Happ will go for New York while Danny Duffy will go for Kansas City. This has the potential to be a pitchers duel as Happ has started to look better after an early season swoon. Duffy has looked good all season and will be a tough match up for the Yanks.

Keys to the game
Be Patient: Duffy has had some trouble with his commands this season. So the Yanks should make a point on taking pitches and trying to get into good hitters counts.
Keep the ball down: Happ has had a huge problem with the long ball this season, He has allowed 13 home runs already this season. If he can locate better and keep the ball in the park he'll be set up for more success.
Location: Kauffman Stadium
First Pitch: 2:15 PM ET
Game 2 Saturday May 25th
2nd game of doubleheader
Pitcher Preview
Neither team has announced a starter for this game
Keys to the game
Keep it rolling: The Yankees offense has been clicking and they shouldn't change anything about their approach!
Location: Kauffman Stadium
First Pitch: 8:15 PM ET

Game 3 Sunday May 26th
Pitcher Preview
Domingo German will take the mound for the Yanks and he's been the ace of the Yankee staff this season! German will match up with Jorge Lopez, Lopez has not had much success this year. He has an ERA over 6 and hasn't won a single start to this point of the season. German could win his 10th start of the season if everything goes well!
Keys to the game
Just pitch: German has been pitching as good as you could ever expect there is nothing he should change just go out and pitch!
Keep the same approach: The Yankee offense has been great and whatever they've been doing to succeed just keep it up and everything will work out!
Location: Kauffman Stadium
First Pitch: 2:15 PM ET

If the Yankees play well they could leave Kansas City with an 8 game winning streak and an even bigger AL East lead!
