The Yankees look to make it 2 straight wins as they match up with the Royals this afternoon at 1:05 in the third game of this 4 game set. The Yankees can also reach 500 if they get a win today so lets get it done today!
Player to watch
The player to watch is today is Aaron Judge. Judge has had some bad luck lately but his at bats have been solid and he has been making great contact and has just been lucky. Sooner or later he is gonna break out of this funk and have a great game and go on an absolute tear look for that this afternoon.
Pitching Match Up
Today's match up will between Heath Fillmyer and Masahiro Tanaka. Heath Fillmyer has had a tough season so far he has a 9.00 ERA and has allowed more hits than innings pitched. Tanka has been one of the Yankees best pitchers this season however he is coming off a start against the White Sox he allowed 5 runs in 4 innings of work. So Tanaka will look to bounce back against the Royals and get back to the dominate Tanaka he had been this season prior to his last start.
